The Finance Department ensures overall development of the State by setting the priorities of the State, complete usage of all resources received from various sources, representation of Annual Plan and its implementation. This department, created for better management and implementation of all the resources available in the State, is responsible for the development of the State through consolidated management, events and proper financial discipline.
The Planning division working under this department organizes the available resources as per the requirements in perspective of the policies of the state government. It works to manage the resources according to the prospects of Institutional finance non-budgetary resources, financial discipline and better management of the Finance Division Gross resources.
