The NEW BUDGET HEAD (Demand_no+Budget_type+15 Digit Code) scheme has been introduced. The concerned are requested to use proper heads for feeding the bill. The 15 digit code as per new scheme be typed against the bill head to ensure proper accounting of April 08. The structure of 15 digit is 4 Digit Major Code+2 Digit Sub-Major Code+3 digit Minor Code+ 2 Digit Sub Head+ 4 Digit DTL_HeadUnitHead Code. To maintain the earlier structure in line with new one we have preceded 2 digit sub-head with '00' to make it 17 digit. This will make no difference. Once the DDO enters the 15 digit Head code excluding the demand no and Budget type it will automatically prefix '00' with sub head and proceed. For further clarification Contact Concerned DIO
