Users can Seek Appointments with a particular person in a particular department by accessing the Appointments Section and filling up the requisite details.

An authorised person from the Department will confirm / reject the appointment stating the comments on the site, which can then be viewed the appointment seeker through his / her appointment id.
 
Grievances
Users can post their Grievances to a particular department by accessing the Grievances Section and filling up the requisite details.

An authorised person from the Department will respond to the grievance stating the comments on the site, which can then be viewed the grievancee through his / her grievance id.
 
Post Messages
User can also post messages, i.e. write in their comments about anything to the Government in this Secton by filling up the requisite details in the Post Messages Section.

These messages can be viewed by all the users of the website.
 
Districts
Data of all the 22 Districts of Jharkhand are available on the website for the users.

The names of Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner and also all the Block Development Officers of all the Districts are available from the website.

Apart from these the Website for various Districts along with their Zila Parishad Map is also available on the website for all the users.

Disticts can also be further drilled down to the Panchayat Samiti, Gram Panchayat, Blocks and Wards in the Panchayati Raj Department where more specific details about population, etc... are available.

Telephone Directory of various Departments and Districts can be searched using many options such as Name, Designation, Departments, Districts, etc...

Through this facility an user can access all the information of a Department. They can also search for information for a particular department through its search facility. A particular document can also be sent to another person if required through an e-mail facility. The same thing can also be accessed through Gyanshila in the e-Mantralaya Section.
